The low will be in the lower 60s and the high will be in the upper 70s. Clouds and sun on Sunday with a few rain showers. The low will be in the lower 60s and the high will be in the upper 70s. Mostly sunny on Monday with a low in the lower 60s and a high in the upper 70s.
A sunny, pleasant day across the Middle Atlantic region is the result of high pressure that continues to build over the region from the north. This will enable the sky to remain mostly sunny throughout the remainder of the afternoon hours as well as this evening. Temperatures in the 60s this afternoon will fall back into the 50s this evening, and into the mid and upper 40s by Wednesday morning. Wednesday will begin with sunshine under the influence of high pressure; however, a warm front will try to nudge into the area from the south and west. This may produce cloudiness and scattered rain showers with temperatures in the 60s. Warmer air will overspread Baltimore and Washington later this week with widespread 70s, and even a few locations reaching 80 degrees. By Saturday, a cold front will approach the area from the west and produce more clouds and rain showers that may persist into Sunday. At the moment it appears that Sunday will be the best day of the weekend, although a shower cannot be ruled out. Despite the clouds and showers, temperatures will be mild with highs in the 70s each day.
