They plan on giving patrons their “15 Minutes of Fame” by inviting locals and hotel guests alike to celebrate Hollywood’s biggest night in the heart of the District. The event, Snuggle With the Stars!, will take place at the Navy Memorial’s Burke Theater and includes champagne, cocktails, snacks and pizza. Doors open at 6 PM for the Red Carpet show and the Oscar broadcast begins at 7 PM.
