Britney Spears has remained talented and very popular during her Las Vegas tour. However, she is reported to have put on a great deal of weight reported The Times of India on June 1, 2014. Spears has reportedly put on nearly 30 pounds.
This excess weight has lead Spears to wear clothes that make her look thin and to use products that help her hide cellulite. Apparently her excess weight is showing with a lot of cellulite on her legs and stomach. In order to cover-up the excess weight on her belly she has been wearing a one-piece leotard which is made out of a shaping material for a slimming effect. Spears also uses tanning beds and spray tans to hide her cellulite.
At 32-years-old Spears has not been working out much and she has instead been gorging on junk food. A source said she loves food from McDonald’s and Taco Bell. She has been eating a lot of tacos, corn bread and fried chicken. Spears also enjoys cokes and fattening frappuccinos from Starbucks.
There has been some concern about the health of Spears due to her apparent addiction to junk food and her weight gain reports Inquisitr. She has been eating too much junk food and leading a relatively sedentary lifestyle. In the best interest of her health and happiness let’s hope Spears gets turned off by the junk food and sedentary lifestyle and returns to eating more light salads with veggies and fruit, more fish and less red meat, and gets back into getting a lot of daily exercise. Some green tea daily might also prove to be refreshing and healthy for Spears.
