Wizards of the Coast will be releasing From the Vault: Annihilation, a special collector’s set of Magic: The Gathering cards, on August 22, 2014. Like last year’s From The Vault: Twenty, all 15 of the cards featured in From the Vault: Annihilation will be printed with the new “Magic 2015” card frame, in English, and use the special foil process that has been unique to the From The Vault series. There will also be “an exclusive spindown life counter” along with a collector’s guide included in the box.
In From the Vault: Annihilation players:
Harness the savage power of fifteen of the most brutal Magic cards ever unleashed. These limited-edition, black-bordered superweapons are legal in many tournament formats. Sweep the battlefield clean with this powerful arsenal and blast the opposition into oblivion.

Update: The above alleged spoilers have been deemed fake by the Magic community due to the font, however several of them may still appear as official cards in the set.
Aug. 11, 2014 Update: Looks like this original list was correct. Wizards officially spoiled the complete From the Vault: Annihilation card list, and it was the same as the Reddit source. Somebody’s getting into trouble.
All cards in “From the Vault: Annihilation” will be black bordered and tournament legal in whatever formats the normal versions are legal in.
The From the Vault: Annihilation product concept and development team included Gavin Verhey and Jeremy Jarvis. The official Twitter hashtag for “From the Vault: Twenty” is #FTANH.
Although From the Vault: Annihilation has an MSRP of $34.99, the “suggested” price will bear almost no meaning on this limited product which is sure to sell in far excess of its cost on the secondary market.
