This week’s Netflix Streaming releases continues tomorrow with the debut of the 20th season of the popular UK show “Top Gear.” With its traditional mix of car reviews, stunts and challenges, the popular celebrates the beginning of its third decade on the air in grand style.

Also arriving on May 8th is season 5 of “Royal Pains.” The popular drama airs on the USA Network and revolves around a pair of “doctors for hire.”
This week also brought us the first of the month, which usually brings a deluge of streaming releases. May 1st was no exception, with films like “Kill Bill 1 & 2”, “Boys Don’t Cry,” “Adventures in Babysitting,” “The Prince of Tides,” “Mr. Smith Goes To Washington” and “Hook” all arriving. Also arriving are television offerings including season 7 of “Psych” and the first season of “Twisted.”

‘Adventures in Babysitting’ (1987)

‘The Legend of Bagger Vance’ (2000)

The ensemble performance in this Oscar-nominated dramatic comedy reflected the period’s baby boomer angst.
‘The Prince of Tides’ (1991)

‘Royal Pains: Season 5’
