Intro: Ask the Realtor is a regular column that I write each Tuesday with the hopes that I, with the help of Boise Realtor and associate broker, Jace Stolfo, can answer the most pressing questions to ask when buying a house. Jace’s advice has really been centered around home buying 101, although in later columns, I’m sure I’ll ask him to tackle some of the more advanced home buying questions that people are bound to ask.
However, for now, I’m providing a recap of the first five posts that Jace helped me create for the ATR column for your convenience. (I asked him all questions. He provided the answers. Thankfully!) I believe you’ll find his answers insightful and helpful as you set out on your real estate buying quest.
Please, feel free to write your questions in the questions box below. Your questions to me could form the basis for future columns, so please ask away!
As always, this column is for general advice and is not meant for you to replace a Realtor in your area.
Ask the Realtor will skip a week due to the Memorial Day holiday. This feature will be back the week following Memorial Day.
